Searchfeed.com seems to be making progress in expanding their reach and creating and delivering more quality traffic. They are now able to do geotargeting and can now support ad content from European countries like France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc. They are planning to add an ability for advertisers to select whether they would like to subscribe to non-English traffic.
